Time for Quality Work:

We believe that good design takes time and careful attention to detail. To ensure the highest quality results, we do not accept urgent or rush jobs. We will provide you with a realistic timeline for the completion of your project during our initial consultation.

Upfront Payment:

To initiate any design work, a non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total agreed-upon price is required. This secures your project in our schedule and allows us to begin the creative process. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and before the final files are delivered.

Revisions Policy:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our pricing includes a limited number of revisions to the initial design concepts. We strongly encourage you to provide clear and comprehensive feedback during the initial stages to minimize the need for extensive revisions. This helps us stay on track and deliver the design that best meets your vision efficiently. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur extra charges.

No Refunds:

Due to the customized and creative nature of our graphic design services, all payments made are non-refundable. Once the design process has begun, the time and effort invested cannot be recovered. We are dedicated to working closely with you to achieve a design you are happy with through our revision process.

Project Details:

Please provide a clear and detailed brief outlining your design requirements, including: content (text), images/photos, videos, information about the project, dimensions, desired style, color preferences, and any specific elements.

Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, you will receive the final design files and ownership of the agreed-upon design. We retain the right to showcase the completed design in our portfolio.
